My Valentine Gift

I had to wait to reply since the original order was lost & never delivered. It took several attempts for to receive a reply regarding this order. I have ordered other gifts, but never had a problem till this time. Also, you kept referring to me as K. Ferrara, but she was the gift recipient. This was a gift for a recently widowed friend & i was very disappointed that she did not receive it by Valentine’s Day even though it was ordered in plenty of time. Your candles are beautiful & make a wonderful gift, but from now on, I will be fearful that the gift will not get to my recipient on time. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback. Michele
